Happy day~

Today's a happy day.. I think it's because of brother.. I receive cash from my bro today as my bday gift.. Wow!! 200 Bucks!! I initially wanted to take only half of it (coz i know that he wants to save money for marriage) but he insisted and said that i can use the money to get my favourite handphone! He's sooooooooo great! I love you bro! Thanks! hee~

Ting called me yesterday to "book" me for next weekend. hee~ although i am having a training on Sat, i will be meeting her after tat to celebrate her bday. Then also, Sunday we will meet again to watch Dim Sum dollies at the esplanade! I really look forward to next weekend!

At about 2.52pm.. my supervisor, HC, came in and asked me to go to the staff lounge.. someone was asking me to take pictures.. i was wondering, wats the occassion? oh maybe it's a farewell thingy for faith and mary.. but when i get there, surprised!! birthday cake for us! (those jul babies) I was really surprise!! Thanks everyone for the thoughts=)

Today's wednesday.. middle of the week.. going to have fun from this friday onwards.

Friday - Our company is having a car rally (something like amazing race). We are being randomized into different groups. My group members are Eric (IT guy), Faith, Soh chin and myself. =) 3 females.. oh no.. I cant read maps!! reading books on a moving vehicle.. i guess i need to bring plastic bags along.. I'll get carsick. >< After the car rally, we will be going to our MD house to have dinner. Nice nice. Thats the 2nd time i'm invited to his house. Big house.. with 2 obedient labradors. cutie~

Saturday - Meeting Ping and Ting. I wonder if Sen can make it or not.. she may have to work on that day.. Yi cant make it.. she said she's going JB to do hair!! hmph! Hair is more important then friends... sob sob.

Sunday - my actual bday... Will be going to vieth's house first, then back to my house... then after that dunno go where leh~ but cake cutting will be at night... with my family. hee~

Monday, Tuesday... sianz... life's beautiful, but sometimes it does get a bit boring... Tired of doing routine job, tired of complaining the same thing over and over again. I found myself to be getting more petty. Hah. I cant understand myself sometimes... I wasnt like that before i started working.. Guess, worklife changed me..

I'm lazy too.. yah~ i think thats born natural.. everyone has the traits in them... just that the traits lie dormant in some pple. Unlike me, I'm a full blown lazy pig. hehee~ I'm not proud of my laziness.. I'm always thinking of ways to prevent me from getting lazy. Anyone can help? I think not.

Well, Sunday is approaching.. and it's going to be a celebration day for me, and baby Ethan as well. =)

All alone in the lab. The toad is on urgent leave today and Hil is having half day leave.. (she's going to remove her wisdom tooth.) Good luck girl! get well soon k? 5 days MC leh~ i'll be be missing you.. coz there's no one to accompany me.. and share my yummy goodies.

The new lab tech who is supposed to be sitting in the CRU office (coz our lab can only seat 3 persons) came to use the *toot*s desk. Sianz.. I dun like other pple to invade.. coz... coz... aiyah coz I'm starting to dislike him. Why leh? I cant put it into words.. just a kinda feeling that comes naturally.. I think partly because he is a guy and he inherited the lazy traits from *toot* etc etc. haha. (did i say i cant put it into words?) Anyway, he's not around not.. if not, from the *toot*s position, he can see what i typed..

Alright.. we had a free lunch today... CRUC's treat. bee hoon and chicken wings.. although cheap, the food taste great. Thanks!

Someone's blogger account and gmail account has been hacked. Yeah, if you frequent her blog, I guess you should know who I am talking about - XiaXue. Poor thing. She lost her 3 years of hardwork. Just hope that she can restore her blog soon... just imagine if my not-famous-blog is being hacked.. (which i guess thats not possible coz my blog is not interesting) I'll be very sad too..

Anyway, Vieth will be holding Ethan's 1st month celebration next sunday, on 31st July (which is also my birthday *hint hint*) Looking forward to it. However i think i will not stay long.. I need to celebrate my bday with my family too. (they will be ordering a cake with a cute tigger's face on it - still childish huh?)

It's been 6 days since I last blogged. heh. As usual, Lazy and tired coz of working 7-4.. When I get home around 4.30, I would then lazy around, or even take a short nap. hee~ blogging during office hours on busy days are impossible.. and, there's nothing interesting to write about right? You guys may be tired of I mentioning the sickening toad. haha.

Well, heard from vieth sometime ago that she's been busy taking care of Ethan and had caught a flu. Hope that she's alright now. Also, read from joe's entry that shirz had a fever after returning from her skiing trip... You have to take care of yourself too ya?

A meaningful day.

Went off early with a group of my colleagues to do some volunteer work at Melrose children home. It was fun. except for the rain that makes everything eeeky.

We were washing those equipments in the drizzle... squeezing detergent onto those slides and little houses and scrubing them. I guess it has been a very long time since those are being washed... or maybe they werent wash at all. heh. Those slides were very dirty, with leaves and algaes on them. we tried scrubbing them but to no avail. I guess those algae had penetrate into the slides and made a little comfy home, until we came and disturb their habitat.

After we rinsed the playground, ants, spiders and centipedes and all sorts of organisms you can think of came out crawling from the soil which was flooded with water and detergent. EEks! we quickly finish our job and go on with the painting..

Painting was easier - just touching up the colours (the group before us did those painting). However, we need to wipe of the rain drops before we could apply the paint. we had to be careful so that we dun have to keep on touching up!

At around 7.10pm, we went off together and had dinner. Steve's treat =) Thank you!

When I have nothing better to do, I will start to think... think of my studies, my work and my friends...

Studies: Currently still waiting for the reply from the university.

Work: wondering why the sickening toad doesnt clean up his shite after a day's work

Friends: Am I neglecting my friends? It has been some time since i last met Joann and Yingz.. Also for some other friends, do they still remember me?

Nana they all should be having fun at Sentosa right now with all their dogs... I didnt join them... coz i gotta work.. then after that went westmall to cut my hair... The end result... ok lah.. have to see the actual one after i wash my hair again.. sigh.. i hope its not that bad as i imagine it to be...

Next Thurs onwards I will be working 7-4pm again... yeah~ its been a long time since i last work this timing. hee~ i wonder if i can get use to it or not...

I've applied for PSB academy some time ago. I guess UWA already receive my application now.. just waiting for the letter from them to tell me how many modules do i get exempted.. I hope the more the better. hee~

Thursday. Time Flies. I guess its because of the 2 days training on Monday and Tuesday, a CREST program about group effectiveness by SNEF. It's fun and interesting.. especially those materials he used to "test" our IQs. Hee~ I think I got a low IQ.. or maybe because, I dun use my brain that often huh?

This Sat some of the colleagues are going to Sentosa. For me, it depends on whether I need to work or not.

Oh ya, I received a parcel from Shirz yesterday!! hee~ I thought the parcel was for Vieth.. hence I didnt open it up and passed to Vieth... (lucky she opened the parcel on the spot) and we realised that the parcel's contents were meant for Nana, Vieth and myself. Hee~ I'm so happy when I saw the photoframe. Nice thoughts from Shirz! I also like the fruity smell highlighters ( i saw in one of the bookshops here but didnt want to waste money to get them) And lastly a gravity pen for me to use as I am going to study in Sept =) Thanks!!

Short post

Had been busy lately... Went JB for 2 days 1 night last weekend. Overall was fun.. and the main thing was to eat and shop. the others got a good time shopping.. but for i think, i had a good time eating (coz i didnt get a lot of things for myself. Only 2 tops from factory outlet store.) We took little pics.. I will upload them once Doreen send us her pics=)

Next, we went to see Vieth and her little baby. All of us had our chances to carry her tiny little baby. He is soooo cute!! Will also upload the pics once I receive them. hee~
