Monday's surprise~!

It's near the end of March~! How time flies. Dear is not around again.

Ever since the new ipad launch, dear had been wanting to test it and play with it whenever we walk past any electrical shop or apple store. He had been waiting for the retina display on ipad for sooo long.. and yet, controlled himself and not to get one.. simply  because it is a "want" and not a "need".. So to reward my dear for everything that he had done for me, I decided to gave him a surprise by ordering one online, with an engraving of "For my dearest..."

I received the ipad on monday afternoon (to office) and I have to carry it all the way home... and was drizzling! To make the surprise complete, I went to get a card for him with the heavy package. -_-

I placed the gift and card on his desk and waited for him to come back from Penang that night. When he reached home and entered the study room, he didnt notice the package.. it was only the 2nd time he entered the room and he realised. So he took the package out to the living room and asked me what was it. Before I could answer, he saw the delivery is from Foxconn and he knew it. He threw the card on the table and started "scolding" me for getting the new ipad for him. I was very sad at that instant. To think my surprise had angered him and he didnt even read the card! I act that I didnt bother and continued my stitching.. then he opened up the ipad and then kept thanking me for the surprise gift. He said that he didnt know how to express his feelings and he was actually very happy and excited to receive this surprise. I didnt have spare energy to get angry and forgave him straight away after seeing his happy face. Lol.

Too bad he flew off to China the next day and he left the new toy back home. He wanted to have a screen protector and cover before bringing it out. :)
