"This is individual responsibility"
This is so so true in my company... when everything is well and smooth, work should be done individually and responsibly.. and when there's a mistake for us, the "commoners", there are NO excuses for failed individual responsibility.
However, this is not true for those favourite pets, coz they have this sentence:
"When individual responsibility fails, there's always teamwork to rely on."
When this so call individual responsiblity fails, they will say there should be teamwork, helping each other, so that mistakes can be avoided... so what's the point for having individual responsibility in the first place, when you are going to shield that fav pet from getting shot?
Conclusion: be a pet or leave your company.
