I need to vent my anger.

Well well, dun be arrogant and treat pple like stupid even though your company is the only local company selling YSI consumables. Stop giving me that kind of attitude even if we used the wrong quotation form. Indeed, you may had changed the pricing with effective date on Jan this year, but dont you think it's your responsibility to get your sales people to update us? Dun assume please. Plus, the order was made 3 weeks ago and yet only now you called us and say that the form is not valid? Your company had been delaying the delivery date.. until I called recently. There's a line on the form that states " delivery date will be 1 to 2 weeks if your order is more then 500 dollars". Hey Auntie, my purchase order is ALWAYS over $2000 and yet you guys took 3 to 4 weeks! Then whats the point of printing that sentence? Can you pple be more proactive and treat us seriously as CUSTOMERS? Furthermore, we did purchase consumbles using the old quotation in Jan 2006. You said your pple close one eye and approved it? Then be more alert and realise that we dun have the new quotation auntie!
