I'm so looking forward to this year. Here's the list for my first quarter of 2012. :)

• Parents in law coming down this sat (and probably return on monday - dear will be leaving with them by car)
• I'm going Penang alone on plane, returning on 1st Feb
• Lasik surgery on 2nd Feb
• CNY ex PLR gathering on 4th Feb
• Basic japanese class starts on 4th Feb
• Family day (Complimentary from company) to Universal studios on the 18th Feb
• Valentines day and our ROM 2nd anniversary
• Poly friend's wedding in Mar
• Probably heading for US conference at end of Mar to early Apr
• Secondary school friend's wedding in Apr

What a fun quarter to begin my 2012!

2nd week of 2012

It's 2nd week into 2012. Done my company health screening and I am still maintaining the same weight I had 8 years ago. However, there's a slight increase in the fat percentage. haha. My tummy is getting rounder by the fats accumulated. ;p

Done my lasik pre-assessment last week at Shinagawa. Finally took the step and went for it. Been hesitating for a while. My lasik appt will be early next month. I cant really imagine how I will feel and react, without any eye aids to see clearly. I'm excited, and scared at the same time. It's definitely not because of vainity that I went for lasik (I think I look better in specs), but the convenience.

My boss encouraged me to go on a US conference this coming April. I'm happy but I'm stressed as well. I am so so worried that I can't bring back useful information that can help in my work. It's a major conference and I can feel that they will be having high expectations. I'll be talking to my boss next week, to discuss more about this.

Happy new year to everyone! It's 2012! Everything's pretty much the same.. just that the unlucky me got sick on my company off days and til today, I'm still having cough and block nose. Sigh. Mum suggested me to go for TCM and 调养 my body.. I think I really should go for it. Seems like I'm attracting viruses recently. =( I want to get well soon as chinese new year is around the corner and I still want to eat those delicious CNY goodies! haha~~

I decided to pick up japanese language once again, and this time round, my hubby is going to learn with me. :) With a partner in class, I guess studying will be a little easier.

Gonna start work tmr. Sian TTM!!
