Its raining its pouring

Yesterday bro came back from his reservist for a few hours coz he passed his IPPT.. on the first day of his book in, his bag went missing.. he then reported and the officers there conducted a mass search and caught the "thief". Bro said that that guy was handcuffed and sent dunno to where la. Luckily most of the things were retrieved.. but some were missing and he got to buy them again.

This morning rained heavily.. its been so so long since there's a heavy rain.. Dad drove me and da sao to work~! =) hee~ happy happy... yesterday dad drove me to work too~! coz i set the alarm clock wrongly and woke up late.... =p Thanks dad.

baby chan has fallen sick.. poor thing. she got runny nose and cough.. and i guess she couldnt sleep well at night... baby chan, get well soon k?

oh ya, Jul has been asking me to sign up at yamaha school to take piano lessons. i am very very tempted.. but then i'm afraid i dun have the patience to complete.. plus, i think i am retarded in finger movements... how how? should i go? seems like i have to join little children with their lessons. haha~

Weekend

Friday was a happy one.. firstly, dad drove me to work... then CRTs went to Arts faculty in NUS for lunch *Yummie~!* and i completed revamping (well, more or less) my company's website. *Sense of acheivement* Considering I'm still green on html, plus, there's no software for me to do up the website.. purely source codes and microsoft word... IT doesnt allow me to install any software to aid me. boo~~

Went to sis place for a stayover yesterday... new house new environment... not that bad..felt comfortable... and was thinking, when will i have my own? Anyway, I enjoy myself playing around with my kawaii nieces~!

Went to topman and got kk a shirt.. sale sale sale~! extra 10% off for UOB card holder. nice.

Tmr's working day! Let's hope next week be fun! hee~

Cycling~

I'm nervous when i rented a bicycle at east coast park today... after all.. its been a decade or more i had handled a bicycle.. haha~ i vaguely remembered i had tried cycling when i was young. haa~ Anyway... 10 bucks for 2 hours.. after a bit of wobbly here and there as a refresher course... i now declare that i know how to cycle~!!! Well, of course there's still time when i couldnt control very well.. but wellz.. at least i know the basics. haha~ Kal~~ let's go for cycling some time~! hee~ but to tell the truth, I'm really tired now.. hee~~

Hot Hot Hot~! Weather is really hot nowadays~~

Went for a steamboat session at beach road there with colleagues last friday.. i brought a camera but didnt use in the end. ha~ overall, it was a nice gathering, talking and gossiping (as usual), updating each other with daily work happenings... and SC n Vieth contributed some ghost stories.

Ytd went to watch Accuracy of Death with Jul and her friends at The Cathay... not that fantastic though... i guess we all went to watch that just because of Takeshi... its draggy initially without any climax.... it gets just a little bit better in the end.. but still without climax. haahaa~ should watch DVD for this.

Today going out again with Jul later. haha~ this time is to get some farewell gifts for the 3 guys. Their time's near. So "she bu de".

Hey pple, i'm back from Bangkok~~! Didnt really have the time and energy to update my trip.. anyway, here's what happened...

Got back on Monday night.. got home around 12.30am and slept at 2am.. next day gotta work morning shift.. tired and shiong lo... didnt have the time to load the photos from my camera... afterall, it's a shopping trip, didnt really took a lot of pictures.

ok~~ continue later... i need to upload the pictures =) and some items i bought for myself~ hee~~

This afternoon

Going to bangkok this afternoon.. weather forecast says there will be scattered thunderstorms these few days when i'm there... oh no... but then if i'm in indoors.. i guess should be no prob lah. Pray for me guys.. that the rain wont be affecting my shopping mood.

When this so call individual responsiblity fails, they will say there should be teamwork, helping each other, so that mistakes can be avoided... so what's the point for having individual responsibility in the first place, when you are going to shield that fav pet from getting shot?

New Stuff

I got 2 new toys today.

A gift to pamper myself.. after 2.5 years of intensive studying, paying school fees all by myself, scrimping and saving.... I need a reward... the 2nd watch i ever bought for myself... =) it's a men watch by the way. haha~ a little too big for my skinny wrist.. but then i still love it~!

the 2nd gift is my very very advance bday gift from kk... Western digital passport.. an external harddisk, 160 gb. =)

Saturday afternoon.

I'm going to Bangkok next weekend =) Batam trip planned was postpone though.. coz all the spa packages are fully booked. Will find another day in June =)

I want to go KTV~! but then that will be after i'm back la.. so will be calling you girls up. =)

I want to go learn cycling~! haah~ i think i know how to cycling when i'm young.. but now.. i have to get the feeling back... who knows, i may need those skills to go learn bike license. ya. that's my plan. =) Anyone wants to join me in learning? hee~

I cant sleep yesterday night... tossing and turning on bed when its around 1.40am already. Kept thinking about a colleague who has a job offer else where already... think of us as a trio.. now it's turning down to two..sigh~

Anyway, it's nice to hear that pple around me are planning to get married.. of course, not that early for me lah. haha~ will keep this updated..if there's any.

I had my final final exam yesterday. No more classes, no more tutorials, no more labs, no more late nights for rushing assignments and reports. Relieved. Happy.

First of all, new start of the week. I welcome LJ and Glo to come to work part time in my company =) hee~ They were both attachment students.. and I'm glad to see them once again~! hee~

Last Sat went dragonfly with some of my colleagues... and I think i'm the one who drank the most... not sure why, probably because I know someone will be there to look after me. heh.. indeed, Nana was the one to hold on to me, coz i couldnt walk straight anymore, and keep me accompany til my BF came to fetch me. haa~ i was sober.. just high and couldnt walk straight. =) it's fun, watching those live bands performing. (Sly was there too~! He's so petite. haha~). I got a hangover yesterday.. funny nose and sleepiness... popped a pill and I'm fine now...

It's fun. I dont mind going clubbing again. =)

Today

Gotta specially go down to henderson to hand in my ethics assignment today. Sianz.

Watch Three kingdoms on Sat. Seriously, it got me interested in reading up more on three kingdoms..Shu, Wu and Wei... I actually played dynasty warriors on PS2 and PSP... without knowing who's who.. ha~ Will find sometime after my exam to read up. =) Interest never starts too late. =)

Watch the bucket list on Sun. It's a nice show. Although deaths was expected, I still teared in the end. It was touching... and I can imagine myself to be the one terminally ill.. and i can put myself into their family's shoes.. sadz.

Took some photographs at my cousin's wedding 2 weeks ago. Will update once i feel like it. haa~

Friday

It was not easy attend a farewell session for a very close colleague... I had known Hazel for 5 years... and she was the one who brought the "hugging" western culture into the company... she welcomes everyone with a hug and she comforts everyone with her hugs..

I'll definitly miss her hugs.. but I'm sure Friday's "hugs" were not the last.. and we gave each other a goodbye kiss too =p. Hee~ We agreed to meet up frequently, update each other with our happenings.

Anyway, we didnt take much pictures.. or rather, this is the only one that Vic took for us using his mobile. The rest of the pics are just cupcakes cupcakes and more cupcakes. haha~

Each of us had a cup cake from Prima Deli.

Tmr's Hazel's last day of work.. I'll definitely miss her bright smile and big hugs... I still remember that we joined the company together about 5 years ago.. I still remember those protocols i worked together with her... I hate farewells... nevertheless, i'll wish her all the best.

This morning's unlucky for me. Got some minor spillage of a blood sample on my khakis pants. Gotta borrow helmet from another colleague and asked RJ to send me home and get changed during lunch time...

Dear's on the way back Penang for his "sweeping tombs".. Back on Monday.

Booked a 3 days 2 nights free and easy to BKK. Shopping~!

Last but not least, I'm getting tired... I havent been sleeping well these 2 days.. I'm gonna turn in soon to make up those lost hours of sleep. Nights.

The primary school in my neighbourhood that's rebuilding will be finishing soon...

I think there are more.. but i cant recall at this moment...

Well... I just feel a bit down thinking that close colleagues.. or friends are leaving.. i know "tian xia mei you bu shan zi yan si".. you know.. just that.. i dun like this feeling... its making me sad..

Although i dun want them to go... but still.. i'll wish them all the best~!

Friday

Yesterday’s paper was tough. I dunno whether anyone else felt the same as me… I was sad.. I studied for it… Argh…

I’m having my last module…2.5 years of hard work is coming to an end… silver lining eh. Haha~ My last module will be starting only on next Tues.. so.. I still got time for some relaxation at home this weekend… of coz, anime time again. =)

Clearing off my emails and work… for the past 3 weeks I have been working for only a total of.. 8 days? Ha~ Coz I took leaves for my 2 tests and the exam.. spent a lot of leaves on this module lo… never thought that the exam was so disappointing. Argh.. dun talk about this liao lah. Time to work again~!

Went to watch "L change the world" just now. dear said that it's not a nice one... I agreed if compared to death note 1 and 2.. but then, just to watch L.... I still like the show. =)

Flipped through my notes just now.. realised that i made quite some mistakes in my MCQ test just now.. just like the previous one.. I think i dun have the mood to concentrate on studying liao.. afterall, this is my 2nd last module and then thats all. ha~ have been working real hard, getting endless stress.. where all finally are coming to an end.. some pple will have the last burst of energy.. but for me, the curve is going down slope. Gosh. I need something to motivate me once again. There's the final exam coming up next Thurs.

I got the time table for the next module too.. looks good.. with no test... just 3 assignments and a final exam.

ytd

I had my MCQ test ytd. I think it's not up to my standard. haa~ there were some tricky questions and there was a question on Emulsions, where we were told to study until tablets... Sigh... anywayz... ytd was comical.. it was the first time where the tutor was slightly late for the test.. and after she distributed the papers out, the answers were highlighted. Gosh~! She quickly took the papers back and asked us to forget about watever we saw. then she went up to the office to print another set of paper without the answers.. blur lo.
