I had my MCQ test ytd. I think it's not up to my standard. haa~ there were some tricky questions and there was a question on Emulsions, where we were told to study until tablets... Sigh... anywayz... ytd was comical.. it was the first time where the tutor was slightly late for the test.. and after she distributed the papers out, the answers were highlighted. Gosh~! She quickly took the papers back and asked us to forget about watever we saw. then she went up to the office to print another set of paper without the answers.. blur lo.

CNY

I know chinese new year is going to be over in a few days time.. i still like to start writing from there since I have some time today. Ha. Ya. I'm right now at home, supposed to study for my test tmr.

Anyway, for reunion dinner this year, we ate steamboat downstairs, so that mum dun have to worry about cleaning up the mess and the leftovers... here you can see.. the steamboat, baby and family, dad... mum and me not in pic. =)

Then on 1st day of New Year, I brought mum to Jurong pt to watch CJ7.. 2nd day went granny's house.. 3rd day went RJ house.. 4th day went out with family again to walk walk, since we all got nothing to do at home..

Then at night we went makan at blooies roadhouse, drank some drinks at holland's coffee club express and then home sweet home.

13th Feb I got a pre-valentine bouquet of roses from dear (sent to office).. plus, our company had some priorities 2008 events and it was held at science park blooies roadhouse. The buffet was great... our lab got a significant contributions award.. and guess what, each of us got a Taka VOUCHER worth of 10 BUCKS only.. poor thing..

Next on Valentine's day, Gim and I had our DG course and Pan Pac hotel. Nice ambience.. but poor me got flu to start off the day. Buffet lunch was great.. overall, the course was enjoyable. Plus, that was my 3rd refresher course. That night, dear came to fetch me with another bouquet of flowers... and a samsung T10 mp4 player. (tested out the the sound quality is great~!) we went to Sentosa to see those flowers and rode the sky ride... watched song of the sea and then dinner at sakae sushi facing the beach... had a drink at pasir panjang food centre.. coz both of us were craving for coconut drink. haaha~ after that, went home to rest.

15th Feb I received another bouquet of flowers from dear (sent to office again).. a total of 3 bouquets. Plus, 2 boxes of Royce choco. yummi~!

Saturday was my brother's bday. Treated him to dinner (dear and da-sao shared) to soup restaurant. Hope he had enjoyed the dinner. =)

Yesterday went to Aunts house to visit.. and then in the evening went to dear's ex colleague house to have a sumptous dinner. hee~

Alright, time for me to end this post abruptly. baby chan is here to disturb me and I have to go and study liao. The link to my sentosa thingy will be up in ten mins time. =)

Happy CNY

Happy Chinese New Year to all~! This year's CNY holiday was a bit lonely.. with nothing much to look forward to, except to rest.. now the resting is over... back to work and back to the books. heh. MCQ test next week.

fun friday

Last friday i went to MOS with RJ, Jul and Alw... [for those who know me, i dun usually go clubbing.. so I'm going to write what happened in summary for my first time in MOS] I went along coz Alw had bday voucher where he could bring in extra pple for free... Guess what, I didnt bring my IC/license along and they suay suay checked me.. hahaa~ this proves that I still look young? wahaha~ too guai guai look... they dun even bother to check the others. hmph~!

Anyway, we managed to get in and Alw helped us to ordered some not-so-strong drinks.. afterall it had been so long since i touched alcohol... sat around til 12 plus and then shifted to another room.. that's where they ordered more drinks and aimed to make me drunk... Expected, they got me dizzy.. til I couldnt even walk straight.. I at point, I still know what I'm doing and thinking.. so probably that state was referred to "high".. Jul kept asking me to go and dance with her.. which I rejected despite many many attempts she and Alw tried. haha~At a point.. where i just felt like sleeping, RJ brought me out to have a breather...buying some isotonic drink for me to prevent dehydration. haa~ I was telling him no more drinks for me when I got back in...

As usual Jul managed to have some guys coming to talk to her and offer her drinks and "shun bian" talked to me.. wahaha~ at that point, i couldnt concentrate to listen wat that guy told me... our brave RJ went up to push him away from me.. and sorta protect Jul by drinking up for her.. In the end... RJ was drunk. poor thing... vomited into the river..

Dear came to fetch me and Jul after that.. and I sent Jul up to her doorstep coz she was in a "high" state.. it was around 5am when I last look at my mobile...

TGIF

Vic really brought his Wii to lend to us over the new year. hee~ we are actually planning to go RJ house for a gathering.. wahaha .. then we can have a round of games.. with his new tv =)

Looking forward to tonight's lecture.. coz it'll be the last lecture and follow on one week break and then practicals... and MCQ tests and exam.

Dear leaving on the 6th for Penang again... I'll be spending my CNY with Mum.. coz bro, MY and baby chan will be going to Kluang...i guess this year i'll be spending my V day with someone else too. haha~ plus, I'll be having training on V day =)

Holidays holidays~! Thinking of visiting Vivi's house too =) visiting cute little ethan and Rose rose~!

I wonder why I can only view my own blog here in the office and not my other friends.. Sigh* The last time i heard from my IT guy saying that the media convertor was down and so there are several webpages tat we cannot access from here... or..i wonder if they actually blocked our access? haha~ i guess not lah..

To substitute blog reading.. i guess most of us go to facebook ..aiming for my fluff angel to get a trophy. wahaha~ bo liaoz.

It's nice to meet up friends once in a while... yesterday i reached home at around 10.30 after my lesson, took my shower and went online to check mail... who knows Clar actually msn me and asked me to go out~! Ting got her new car and we went for a chatting session at WCP. =) we talked about a lot of things.. from back to sch til whats current... i guess now we will have more sessions eh? *winks* Feeling tired now..slept late last night.. but i really enjoyed talking. =)

Just got my results for the previous chem module.. so envious for those who got HD.. but for me, a D is sufficient. At least, its not a credit pass. haha~ Lucky~

More good news - there's no classes from this weekend til after chinese new year~! Woo hoo~!
Tonight~! KTV~! hahaa~ hope that i can have the energy to last throughout the session.

Random Thoughts

This week at work is rather free... trainings and meetings thats all.. how time flies.. it'll be the rat year next week.. i'm getting old... haahaa~ mid 20s~! MS asked me over in MSN when am I getting married... wohohoo~~ seems like I'm still a bit not ready for this~!

Changed skin.. and it's obvious... i know.. haa~

Oh ya, Happy Birthday to Alwyn~! for you are officially mid 20s liao.. haha.. must behave ah.. cannot shui shui bian bian liao... find yourself a partner soon k?

met up with Kun, ying + ken, me + dear at causeway point for a chit chat session.. it's really nice to meet up once in a while...still knowing that kun is still as funny as ever.. haa~ also, on the way to causeway point while inside ying's car, there was this very big ant-like insect walking around on the left wing mirror.. yikes. i think it measures about 2cm long and 0.5cm thick.. it sorta camouflaged itself as it's yellow... and ying's car is yellow too. haahaa~

Finally survived this week.. very tired and sleepy now... I wonder if I can last til tonight's lecture. *yawnz*

I dun want to use my brain for today

Over the weekends, i finished watching Mai Otome. =) Another series of Mai Hime. Nice nice... I practically glued myself to the laptop and not doing anything else. haha~ thats the joy of having no exam stress. but one thing bad for sure, my back is aching and my eyes are tired.. ha.. lucky i am able to limit myself only to watch 1 anime per module...

So so sleepy today.. still got lecture tonight.. argh~! Tough tough module i can foresee... afterall they are the main units for my whole course... pharmacy units.. so I dun really expect it will be easy.

Hungry too.. thinking of wat to eat later.

Thinking of getting a car too.... will be discussing with bro and dear...

Suayness

Suayness doesnt end without happening thrice.... or even more.. Eversince yesterday I got hit by the "pong pong fruit" lookalike but smaller version on my shoulder very early in the morning (which was PAINFUL)..... by the end of the day, the careless me didnt cap my waterbottle tightly and my whole bag was filled with water. damn. things got wet and the most heartache one is my cute little red organizer. The words inside got smudged... and now the pages are crumpled... I still remember how painstakingly I blow dried page by page ytd after I got home, on the squeezy MRT, with the wet bag. Sianz.

Today~! My samsung alarms clock didnt go off... coz of some technical issues.. not the phone itself... its just my oversight. One lucky thing out of everything was my niece woke up early and started shouting outside my bedroom door... (Guess what, if today I wasnt on morning shift, the shouting was indeed... frustrating i can say?) So in the end, I wasnt late. Reached office at 6.59am.

Worse but not least... haha (last but not least, i know... and I seriously want this to be the last one) I got sore eye again... with peeling dry skin around my nasal area.. (rmb, I got terrible flu on Sun)... Gosh~

I hope my niece is an angel..I can feel that thru her hug this morning, before I rush out frm the house. =)

Another Monday. Had a terrible flu ytd during lab lesson. My dear friends asked me to leave earlier to rest. =) Thanks guys.

Didnt went to see a doc to get an MC today. Lazy la~ anyway, 90% recovered.. so I still can go to tonight's class.

Just received an sms from SL.. she asked me whether I'd recovered.. if not, she will take notes, scan and email to me.. ooohh... I really have good friends... I'm so so touched~! Muackz~!

TOUGH..... luck

Today's MCQ test is TOUGH. I didnt went to memorise all those little details. But somehow, luck's with me.. i think I got some of the guesses right. haha~ well, just hope for the best lah.. it's over.. and I now have to study hard for the final exam in 2 weeks time.

Met Ying for dinner today.. and she passed me a bag =) Thanks. We chat til around 6.45pm and then she gotta go and meet her primary sch friends and I went off to cine with kk. While walking around, I bought another sling bag. *opps* hee~

Last 2 labs for this module.. tmr and mon... then break til exam.. looking forward to completing my course and then off for more holidays~!

Totally ran out of ideas for my blog template... hence I temporary use the default one provided by blogger. I'm not sure why the font appears to be so big.. but anyway, it makes it easier to read too.. so i'm leaving it like tat until I find another one. =)

First day back at work.. not much things to do... clearing some folders and paperwork. Will be taking leave this friday to study for my MCQ test this fri.

I seemed to have lost track of the dates and days... kept asking "what's today date" or "what day's today"... haha~ Anyway, I met up with some friends over the last few days to pass them some gifts from my Penang trip.

Met Gim, RJ and Mok for a dinner.. also received a xmas gift from gim. Thanks~! I like that bear.. as for the other one.... hm.... i'm still a conservative person you know. hahaa~

Met Ting for some gossipping session... haa~ thanks for the bag too. =) We really need to meet up more often.. enjoyed your company and laughter... and jokes too. hahaa. Met SC and Vieth that evening too.. thanks SC for the kawaii~ tortoise softtoy~! Now sleeping with me every night. hee~ thanks vieth for the scarf (given me long long time ago) (",)

Met Nana, Haz and Shir for lunch. I missed you sooooo much~! glad that we met up.. Shir, u look prettier too...very oriental kind... will definitely visit you when i got the time and spare money. haha~! Plus... you are definitely on my invite list if I'm getting married. hee~ but i dun think it will be tat fast. =)

Last but not least, i bought a new (yet old model) phone on 30th Dec. Samsung U600.. the 10.9 ultra edition. hee~ having fun playing my new slim toy Red garnet..

Hi all, I hereby wish you a Merry Christmas~! I received several smses from my friends and colleagues... but to reply them all from overseas is a bit ex la. haa~ So I hope that everyone will have a fun day today. Will txt them when i return... but that will be "happy new year" then. haha.

Went to watch "I am Legend" ytd, leaving my mum alone at home. Mum... just want to let you know that after I went out, I felt really gulity about leaving you behind alone in the house. I promise you that I'll never do that ever again. My heart aches whenever I thought about it.. I'd dun want to feel like that ever again. Although u din say anything, I just feel that its not right.. Sorry mum. I love you.

Hey peeps~! Here i am again.. no no, I'm still in Penang. Hahaa~ I enjoyed myself shopping... Will list out my items when i get back to singapore... right now, I just came back from KTV.. waiting for my hair to dry. =) The ktv's songs are outdated... so i didnt manage to sing those songs that I had been practising~! haha.

Tmr may be going up a hill or something.. taking cable car thingy... that will probably be the first tourist spot that i am visiting in Penang... coz all the while i have been going to different shopping centres to walk walk.. haha~ not much pics taken also.. hence i hope that i can take some good pics tmr. =)

Will be taking a bus back on the 26th, reaching SG on 27th morning.. will be arranging to meet up my friends~!

Here i am, blogging from Penang~! We reached here about 9pm plus and went for a late dinner yesterday.. Shopping will be our plan for today. =)

Dear's home is huge... and pretty. Will probably take some pics of his house when I feel like taking. haha~ they got a cute puppy too~~ but too bad, i think they are not intending to train her...just leaving her outside to watch gate bah... a mischevious one. haa

Just checked my result for the lab report i did for this module. Not bad i guess... i got 80 over 100, despite that all her comments in my report were "too short this and too short that" the only thing that she praised was good referencing. ha. *phew* Being a Kpo, I also checked RJ's results =) Not bad i guess... and I informed him immediately after I get to know the results are out. Smses are ex. 70cents per msg... but friends mah~~ wont be stingy about those little money. haha~ but of course, I will keep smsing a minimum for now. =)
